NYRO Technix Announces Exclusive Distribution of VirtSpace

San Francisco, California - June 21, 1994 - NYRO Technix, Inc.
announced today that it has obtained exclusive distribution rights
to VirtSpace, effective July 15, 1994.  VirtSpace is a "virtual
window manager" application that allows users to expand their
workspace beyond the size of the normal screen display.  For example,
a user can quadruple the available screen area, placing windows
anywhere in this enlarged workspace, creating an uncluttered work
area.  Any portion of this "virtual workspace" can be visible through
the use of simple mouse and key commands.

VirtSpace also features:
- auto-scrolling, which enables the user to drag the mouse to the edge
  of the screen to move to other areas of the workspace;
- a scalable view of the workspace;
- support of the defaults database;
- support for keyboard movement and multiple screens;
- drag and drop colors to tag windows;
- automatic screen updating;
- and sticky windows.

With a portable running NEXTSTEP, this product enables users to
manage the workspace in a way that makes it seem like the portable
has a full screen.  On a desktop system, this product makes any
workspace more organized and efficient.

VirtSpace will be available for $89.95 and will begin shipping July
15, 1994.  Customers  who order the product prior to July 14th will
